Alex Brianson is a cisgender gay man who writes novels poached in the LGBTQ+ experience of life, the neurodivergent experience of life, or both, because why skimp on marginalisation? Diagnosed autistic in his forties, Alex also has ME/CFS, which requires a much quieter way of life than his former career as a Professor of political science. By blood half Yorkshire and half Lancashire, he lives in the neutral territory of Merseyside with his Lurcher cross, Max.
